We are
federaly inspected by the USDA - FSIS. (United States Deptartment of Agriculture - Food Saftey and Inspection Serivice)
We do all of the slaughtering on premises.
When you bring your animal in for processing you will be assisted
in unloading your animal by a family member who will record your name, phone number, and address. A description of your animal,
the sex of your animal, and your animal's age will also be recored. A tag will be glued to your animal and the number
recorded. The tag will remain with the animal throughout the entire process.
We process each animal separately
and your animal will not be mixed or blended with any other animals throughout the entire process. This includes smoked product
on your bison or beef, and hams, bacons, and sausage on hogs. The meat you bring in is the meat you get back. Guaranteed.
We vaccuum seal everything, excluding patties.
We keep your cutting instructions, along with any of your
customer's cutting instructions, on file for up to 2 years. This information can be quickly referenced every time you
repeat the processing of any animal. We keep tag numbers and hanging weights for each animal on record for 2+ years.
We can separate your beef or bison into quarters (front/hind or half of a half) or into halves and mark each order
with a separate name. We can separate your hogs into halves.
We have all of your product boxed and will load
it into your vehicle upon your arrival.
