         Perkins, would not put anything on your table that we would not put
         on ours!

• We operate under USDA Federal Meat Inspection.

All of our meats sold here have an established point of origin and can be traced back to the farm. Our network of family farms maintains sustainable and old fashioned farming practices without the use of steriods, growth hormones, or antibiotics.

All processing is done on premises and by hand without the use of chemical agents or processing aides. All red meat processed here is dry-aged for added tenderness, flavor, and safety.
